Owen Morgan, one of three painter sons (and a daughter) of artist Alfred Morgan, worked mostly in Kent, Surrey and Sussex. He had deeply romantic appreciation of the English countryside, especially his dusk and moonlit scenes, being 'instinct with delicate feeling', according to one critic.
